At the start of my weekly classes I always ask for requests. Lately, the shoulders, neck and wrists are a re-occurring theme. We can have tension in these areas for many reasons, but it is often made worse by sitting for long periods of time and ongoing stress – things we commonly experience at work.
At the beginning of this year, I posted a collection of short videos of yoga you can do at work. Literally. They are all less than 3 minutes. You don’t have to change your clothes and you can stay at your desk or chair. And it’s no surprise they focus on the neck, shoulders, chest, back and hips.
